CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments require a nonrefundable deposit, which is applied toward your service total. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. With proper notice, deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Additional cancellation fees may apply. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total, including the deposit. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges
